Day 6 Nutrition

Breakfast
Peanut butter and banana smoothie

Snack
2 Bounce Protein Balls

Snack
cashews and a n apple

Lunch
Steak burger, salad, carrot sticks and houmous.

Dinner
chilli and garlic chicken with leeks and baked potato.

Snack
1 Bounce Protein Ball and spoonful of peanut butter
