Day 4

Day 4 of Dax Moys Muscle in a Month and my quads, glutes and hamstrings are on fire after yesterdays squat, lunge, jump squat combo. Climbing and and down stairs is painful, but it's a good renminder of a great workout.

    Doing it all again eh? Bring it on!
    You'll have to try Jon's too - the ideas are really good. It is, as you say - fitting it all in. We're noticing the numbers seem to be dropping off on JLT's programme - mind it s 12 weeks - a LONG time.(they might yet post results too for this week).
