Day 2 Nutrition

Breakfast
Peanut butter and banana smoothie

Snack
Apple & 1o of almonds

Lunch
Banana

Postworkout
Chicken, rice and peas.

Snack
Grapes and 1oz of cashews

Dinner
Chilli beef stir fry with rice noodles

Snack
Live bio yogurt, blueberries, banana & cashews.

3 litres of water

2 cups of ginger and lemon tea.
