Day 3 Muscle in a Month Nutrition

Breakfast.
Cashew, banana and blueberry smoothie.

Snack

2 Bounce Protein Balls.

Lunch
Garlic and chilli chicken and rice.

Snack
Apple and 1oz of cashews

Dinner
Garlic and chilli chicken and rice.

Snack
2 satsumas and 1oz of cashews

Snack
Blueberries, banana, natural live yoghurt and chopped nuts.
